BEHIND THE ASANAS

Rosalind is a certified Forrest Yoga teacher and Guardian-in Training, also renowned for her dedication to long distance running, and creative spark! She first started practising yoga in 2007, and has never looked back! Rosalind started teaching yoga in 2011, and has taught in Malaysia and the UK. In addition to teaching regular public classes and workshops, Rosalind also regularly works as an assistant to Ana Forrest during her workshops and teacher trainings around the world.

Rosalind used Forrest yoga to help heal a herniated disc, handle anxiety, and to empower herself to have the confidence to make significant career and life changes. She teaches in order to share the healing and amazing transformational power of this style of yoga with her students. Rosalind is a strong believer in the power of the breath to create space in body and mind; and as an athlete is fascinated in how this supports her during running training and racing. She uses her Forrest Yoga skills to teach students how to breathe more effectively, and to work the poses according to the needs of their individual body. Her mantra is “which bit of this can I do?” which she uses to inspire her students to explore their capacity to develop their own potential both on and off the mat.

Join Rosalind for a class, workshop or on retreat and experience the healing magic of Forrest Yoga for yourself!
